2. Data we process
The data you provide in the application form: full name, company, approximate revenue, email and WhatsApp number. Also any data you send us by WhatsApp or email.
Along with your application we record technical data: date, language, IP address and the source of your visit (for example, the campaign or website you came from), to prevent abuse and to know how you found us.
3. Purpose
To assess your application, contact you to evaluate whether you are a fit for the consultancy and, where applicable, provide the service.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and, if you hire the service, the performance of the contract.
5. Retention
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. If no relationship is established, data is deleted within 12 months at most.
6. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. Providers necessary for the service (web hosting, email, CRM) may access it under a data processing agreement. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), with the safeguards required for international transfers (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to joel@spreadit.es. If you believe they have not been properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
